Tips and advices

  1. 1- Enjoy the process. Bond with other students who are interested in Robotics, there's much to learn from everybody.
  2. 2- Think outside the box. Sometimes the solution is through the simplest path.
  3. 3-Check the values of your variables first. Everything in your surroundings may affect the sensors.
  4. 4-Take extra motors, extra batteries, extra sensors and extra pieces, just in case.
  5. 5-Maximize the time through team work, everyone in the team should be engaged in testing, arranging pieces, providing feedback, noticing errors.
  6. 6-Take notes on every test you do: The mistakes and adjustments.
  7. 7-Teamwork: All the team members need to be at the table because some of them could notice something that the others can’t see.
  8. 8-Your computer and robot needs to be fully charged at the beginning of the day
